The Libertyville Civic Center Foundation would like to announce that plans are underway for the 2021 Libertyville Days Festival. This year’s festival theme will be “Let’s Give It a Shot!” with a focus on honoring our community heroes.
While the festival has typically been held Father’s Day weekend in June of each year, this year it will be held August 12th -15th.
The location of the festival will be throughout Downtown Libertyville. Main attractions hope to include, carnival, beer garden, live music & entertainment, art & crafts fair, a variety of food vendors and a spectacular parade. Mayor Terry Weppler will be honored as the Parade Grand Marshal.
As the battle continues to overcome the pandemic caused by Covid-19, the Libertyville Civic Center Foundation in partnership with the Village of Libertyville and North American Midway Entertainment, will be working together to create a safe and welcoming environment, where people can gather and enjoy a community festival celebrating the Summer of 2021.
All health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the CDC, State of Illinois and local health departments will be followed. This may include, but is not limited to, mask mandates, distancing, disinfecting, and monitoring of COVID-19 symptoms.
